The galaxy used to be a bigger place, a brighter place. They say that thousands of years ago the entire galaxy, if not more stood united under peace and prosperity. They say it was a time when pure magic flowed across the stars, and the slipstreams of spacetravel was the lowest of wonders. But easily is the tales of a brighter yesterday conjured up to satisfy peoples inquisitive nature. While this is the age of exploration, many people still claim it to be absurd for pure magic to have been used in the magnitude as certain people theorise, considering the very real danger they pose. A wind was howling between the streets and the tall buildings of Zor city. A city that never grew quiet. Even in the hours of the night, there was always things going on in the streets. A lot of different races lived down here, not all of them were as used to daytime as humans. And the only light in Lower City was those of electricity or magic, though damped after a certain hour, it could still throw off the count of time. The wind howled on however, passing between the narrow passages between the buildings and the great towers of Zor City. A city, once of dreams. A city now corrupted.
